A Swedish massage is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But the benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility. Talk to you therapist about incorporating elements of Swedish massage into you next session.

Cancellation Policy

1. We reserve the right to require an advance non-refundable credit card charge to protect the therapist against cancellation. 2. Appointments cancelled by clients with less than 24 hours are at the client’s expense. The full amount of service will be charged to the client. 3. ​Rescheduling a session can be done 24 hours in advance or more. Rescheduling a session less than 24 hours results in $40 rescheduling fee. ​ ​
