Thai Bumbud Bodywork Policies

Appointments

All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability, but we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for the next guest.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and a late fee may apply. The full service fee will still be charged for late arrivals.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

Consent Form Requirement

All clients are required to sign a consent and intake form before each session.
This form ensures we understand your current health conditions, preferences, and any areas to avoid during treatment.
If the client refuses to sign the form, Thai Bumbud Bodywork reserves the right to decline service for safety and liability reasons.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the service price. Tips are greatly appreciated as a gesture of satisfaction and support for your therapist.

Gift Certificates & Packages

Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or expired certificates cannot be replaced.

For clients with prepaid packages: if you book an appointment and do not show up on the scheduled day, that session will be automatically deducted from your package as if the service had been provided.

Refund & Service Satisfaction Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services, gift certificates, or prepaid sessions.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform your therapist within the first 15 minutes of your session.
If no concern is expressed during this time, it will be considered that you are satisfied with the service, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the booked session.
Any feedback or issue reported after the session has ended will not qualify for a refund or adjustment.

Health & Wellness

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your session.
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have recently been exposed to illness, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment for another day.
For your safety, some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions such as pregnancy, recent surgeries, or high blood pressure.

Couple Massage Etiquette

Please maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere during couple sessions to ensure a relaxing experience for both guests.
Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Right to Refuse Service

Thai Bumbud Bodywork reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate behavior, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or fails to respect spa policies and staff.
